🔹 ICRS members in good standing
🔹 Below the age of 40
🔹 Strong interest in orthoregeneration
🔹 No similar support program received within the last 24 months

🎉 Congratulations to Alexandre Castro, the winner of the ON Foundation Clinical Fellowship at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin!

We are excited to support a 1-week clinical fellowship with Benjamin Bartek, senior physician at the Centrum for Musculoskeletal Surgery, whose clinical and scientific focus lies in joint-preserving and reconstructive knee surgery.

During the fellowship, the selected fellow will have the opportunity to:
🔹 engage in extensive 1-to-1 exchange with Dr. Bartek and his team
🔹 observe patient interactions and surgical procedures
🔹 understand clinical workflows and decision-making processes
🔹 gain exposure to ongoing research projects
