Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, the team of the Octopus Foundation was able to reach once again the islands of the Ionian Sea, to help biologists study the endangered Mediterranean Monk seal.

Octanis had it's 5th birthday celebration this weekend. We went on a 4 day camping trip in the mountains, built our own tents from military tarps, hiked to the Morteratsch glacier and had some very nice fondue! We will definitely be doing this more often :)
