🎬 The abstract

« Very Trad Trip tells the story of a group of friends who, after climbing together for years, set their sights on an expedition to Greenland.

After two years of preparation, this cheerful team set up their base camp on the granite walls of Sermersooq Island.

Amid newly opened routes, evenings under the Northern Lights, and a few memorable mishaps, Very Trad Trip follows a group of friends who chose Greenland to live out a shared adventure.

It is an ode to friendship, discovery, and the beauty of a timeless land. »

🧗‍♂️Indoor Climbing Courses🧗‍♂️
Sign up for indoor climbing courses taught by Nicola Offeddu in Echandens!

1️⃣ *Beginner course:* no climbing experience required. The goal is to learn how to belay safely (top rope and lead) and to improve your climbing technique. If you already have some experience, Nico will adjust the level to make sure you remain sufficiently challenged :)

2️⃣ *Advanced course: *The requirement is to know how to dynamically belay for lead climbing (with Grigri or similar device). The goal is to further improve climbing technique. Nico will help each participant to identify and work on the skills they need to advance. No specific climbing grade requirement; most people here will climb around mid-6 range.

📅 Each course takes place 10 times on Wednesdays throughout the semester (beginners 17:30–19:30, advanced 19:45–21:45). Both courses start on March 18, for the remaining dates see registration page below.

📍Rocspot Echandens

💸CHF 400.- includes the entrance to the gym and any rental gear you may need (harness, rope, belaying device, shoes). A discount is available if you already have a gym subscription.

🗣️ Courses are taught in French or English depending on the participants (and Nico will likely speak whatever your native language is too).

Each course has 8 spots. The minimum number of participants is 6. If this number is not reached, the price will of course be fully refunded. (The unavailable spots in the advanced course are already taken by last semester’s students who continue the course.)
