🎭 BEHIND THE MASK, THERE IS MAGIC! ✨

40 YEARS OF THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA
9 October 1986 – 9 October 2026

Today marks the day of the 40th anniversary of one of the most iconic musicals in theatre history: Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Phantom of the Opera.

Since its premiere in London in 1986, the Phantom has captivated audiences around the world with its unforgettable music, breathtaking staging and theatrical illusions.

Over the past four decades, the musical has been seen by more than 160 million people, performed in 229 cities worldwide and presented in 23 different languages. An extraordinary achievement!

But did you know that some remarkable names from the world of magic helped bring the Phantom’s mysterious world to life?

🎩 Paul Daniels – Magic Consultant for the original production.

🎩 Jim Steinmeyer – Illusion designer who contributed special magical effects to the spectacular Las Vegas production.

🎩 Paul Kieve – International illusion consultant whose work has enhanced later productions of the musical.

Their contributions remind us that the art of magic reaches far beyond traditional magic performances. It also lives in theatre, storytelling and the creation of moments that make audiences believe in the impossible.

Congratulations to The Phantom of the Opera on 40 extraordinary years!

Because wherever there is wonder, there is magic.

🎶 WELL… BUSAN HAS A SONG! 🇰🇷

We thought the team in Busan was busy preparing for the FISM World Championship of Magic 2028.
Apparently, they also found time to make a song.

And because a song clearly wasn’t enough… they made a music video too. 😂🎥
We received it from the Busan organization and, of course, we couldn’t keep this one to ourselves.
So turn up the volume and enjoy! 🎵

One thing is certain: Busan is already getting ready for 2028 musically as well as magically. 🪄🎶

Enjoy the videos and music that you love, upload original content and share it all with friends, family and the world on YouTube.
