Change the breathing and you change yourself completely.

All injuries which you get through your mother and father, all defects on your physical “machine” as also on your soul “machine”, can be completely changed, completely transformed -- when you think on them, on all these injuries and pain from the past, and you breathe in the way of accepting and forgiving and you simply go further. If you are breathing, you are going into your heavenly future.

If that is too difficult, you can simply imagine that you grew up in one very good family.
You had, more or less, perfect support from the beginning: physically, emotionally, mentally. And you grew into a being like Jesus, or Buddha, or Milarepa -- a being free from pain and free from greed of any kind.

The same is with our past love-erotic partners, but also with today's partners. We get pain, we get suffering, and we can breathe with acceptance and forgiveness. We can also dissolve the karma also from our past partners, also from the family, also from our enemies, if we are strong enough. 𝐖𝐞 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐨 𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐬.

So, your breathing is the key to your destiny.

Also, in 𝑀𝑎𝑖𝑡ℎ𝑢𝑛𝑎 you can breathe like a monkey, or you can breathe completely surrendered --completely surrendered to the person with which you are, to the activity which you are doing, and also to the Divine through you and this person.

Beautiful Divine breathing! Even your skin is breathing! Healthy breathing, free…

In the meditation we fall down to the state without any activity. Falling down and coming in this state in which the heart and the lungs are at the lowest minimum of activity, our ego is dying: Ego's tensions, ego's tiredness from ego tensions, ego's mistakes, ego's trying to make the mistakes hidden from other people as also from itself. If we allow ourselves to die in every meditation, we are coming to the bottom. The ego is dying, and the new life is beginning to flow through 𝑀𝑢𝑙𝑎𝑑ℎ𝑎𝑟𝑎 chakra. Your future, your destiny is again in action…

So, accept this dying of the ego then that will minimize your breathing, and when you fall down completely a new life will be born: it is like a new incarnation. Out of every meditation you can come out as an innocent newborn child, without any bad karma, like after a very good and deep sleep.

So, in that sense, the yogin or the yogini is never becoming old: every morning they are new beings, flexible beings, ready to change, ready to learn, innocent, simple, and completely surrendered.

Yoga means “𝑦𝑢𝑔𝑎𝑚” (Sanskrit), or “yoke" -- for the horse, which has to move a vehicle. And the strongest method of yoga, of 𝐴𝑠𝑡ℎ𝑎 𝐴𝑛𝑔𝑎 yoga is meditation. Through meditation we are re-connecting the forehead chakra and the 𝑆𝑎ℎ𝑎𝑠𝑟𝑎𝑟𝑎 chakra with the 𝑀𝑢𝑙𝑎𝑑ℎ𝑎𝑟𝑎 chakra: we breathe, surrender, the ego is dying, and we come to the bottom of the physical and personal life, which is in the 𝑀𝑢𝑙𝑎𝑑ℎ𝑎𝑟𝑎 chakra. We are consciously doing what other people are unconsciously doing while sleeping. We do yoga, we do “𝑦𝑢𝑔𝑎𝑚” (harnessing) between the forehead and 𝑀𝑢𝑙𝑎𝑑ℎ𝑎𝑟𝑎 chakra, and we are again connected. New life is coming to your heart, to your throat, to your brain -- you are new! Your wild, vital and personal being is under control of your spirit -- better to say -- of the Divine Spirit of the human individuality. You are again connected, consciously connected. The word religion comes from 𝑟𝑒-𝑙𝑖𝑔𝑎𝑟𝑒 (reconnect), what means again connecting, 𝑦𝑢𝑔𝑎𝑚, 𝑟𝑒-𝑙𝑖𝑔𝑎𝑟𝑒. Connect yourself with your Divine Essence!

5. 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐧𝐞'𝐬 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬, particularly the drive to overindulge in food and the sexual drive.

6. 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐛𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐭, that is, the corpses of animals (including fish!).

7. 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐡𝐨𝐥, 𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐫𝐮𝐠𝐬, except in cases where their use is medically necessary.

8. 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 on the basis of ethnic origin, religion, nationality, social status, gender, sexual orientation, or similar characteristics.
