Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон ба Маркази машваратии ҳуқуқии Созмони ҷаҳонии савдо (ACWL) пайваст
4 майи соли 2026 Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон расман ба Маркази машваратии ҳуқуқии Созмони ҷаҳонии савдо (ACWL) пазируфта шуд. Протоколи шомилшавии кишвар ба ин Марказ аз ҷониби Сафир ва Намояндаи доимии Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон дар назди Шуъбаи СММ ва дигар ташкилотҳои байналмилалӣ дар Женева Шараф Шерализода ва Директори иҷроияи ACWL Найл Мигер ба имзо расонида шуд.
Ҳамроҳшавӣ ба Маркази ACWL қадами муҳим дар самти таҳкими иқтидори ҳуқуқии Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон дар низоми тиҷорати байналмилалӣ ба шумор меравад. Ин иқдом ба кишвар имкон медиҳад, ки аз дастгирии касбии ҳуқуқӣ дар доираи қоидаҳо ва расмиёти Созмони ҷаҳонии савдо (СҶС) баҳраманд гардад. Дар ин росто, Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон метавонад дар ҳалли баҳсҳои тиҷоратӣ, таҳияи мавқеъҳои ҳуқуқӣ ва баланд бардоштани сатҳи дониш ва малакаи мутахассисони миллӣ аз кӯмакҳои техникӣ ва машваратии Марказ истифода намояд.
Қайд бояд кард, ки Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон дуюмин кишвари Осиёи Марказӣ мебошад, ки ба ин ниҳод шомил гардидааст.
Маркази ACWL соли 2001 бо мақсади пешниҳоди машваратҳои ҳуқуқӣ оид ба қоидаҳои СҶС ба кишварҳои камрушд ва дар ҳоли рушд таъсис ёфтааст.
The Republic of Tajikistan Joins the Advisory Centre on WTO Law
On 4 May 2026, the Republic of Tajikistan officially joined the Advisory Centre on WTO Law (ACWL). The Protocol of accession was signed by Mr. Sharaf Sheralizoda, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of the Republic of Tajikistan to the United Nations Office and other international organizations in Geneva, and Mr. Niall Meagher, Executive Director of the ACWL.
Tajikistan’s accession to the ACWL represents an important step in strengthening the country’s legal capacity within the international trading system. This development enables Tajikistan to benefit from high-level legal assistance within the framework of the rules and procedures of the World Trade Organization (WTO).
In this regard, the Republic of Tajikistan will be able to make use of technical and advisory support provided by the Centre in the settlement of trade disputes, the development of legal positions, as well as in enhancing the knowledge and professional skills of national experts.
It should be noted that the Republic of Tajikistan is the second Central Asian country to join this Centre.
The Advisory Centre on WTO Law was established in 2001 with the aim of providing legal advice on WTO law to developing and least-developed countries.
