Since 2022, we have supported close to 300 professionals through career transitions. One thing has become very clear: no one should have to navigate this journey alone.
That is why we created the Bevel ON Career Transition Programme—a four-month learning journey combining practical career strategy, mentoring, networking, self-leadership, and a supportive community that understands exactly what this transition feels like.

Yesterday at CHANGE Zurich, we explored one of the most important leadership questions of our time:

Our first panel discussion — “Workplace Transformation: Human-Centred AI as a Leadership Responsibility” — brought together remarkable perspectives from sustainability, leadership, and digital transformation.
