Looking for a job today is no longer just about finding the right vacancy.
It is about staying confident when you receive no feedback.
It is about maintaining discipline when motivation starts fading.
It is about believing in yourself while the market keeps testing your resilience.
Since 2022, we have supported close to 300 professionals through career transitions. One thing has become very clear: no one should have to navigate this journey alone.
That is why we created the Bevel ON Career Transition Programme—a four-month learning journey combining practical career strategy, mentoring, networking, self-leadership, and a supportive community that understands exactly what this transition feels like.
📅 Starts 14 September

Yesterday at CHANGE Zurich, we explored one of the most important leadership questions of our time:
How do we ensure AI transforms organisations without disconnecting people from purpose, trust, and opportunity?
Our first panel discussion — “Workplace Transformation: Human-Centred AI as a Leadership Responsibility” — brought together remarkable perspectives from sustainability, leadership, and digital transformation.
Moderated by Tanja Collavo, with insights from Liza Engel (Deloitte) and Dave Drodge (Roche), the conversation moved far beyond technology itself.
Because the real AI challenge is not only technological.
It is deeply human.

Why should big companies invest in social change?
Because the biggest risks today are not only financial —
they are human.
👉 talent shortage
👉 skills becoming obsolete
👉 disengagement
👉 inequality growing with AI

Social sustainability is no longer “nice to have”.
It’s a business strategy.
Companies that invest in people, reskilling, and fair systems build stronger, more resilient organisations.
This is exactly what we’re discussing in Zurich:
AI + Humans
If AI reinvents work — how do we ensure people are not left behind?

Since 2022, Bevel ON has been supporting displaced professionals, expatriated spouses, and talents in career transition. Later we created CHANGE — a space where business, public sector, and people come together to talk about what really matters.
We started in Geneva.
We continued in Basel.
Now we open the next chapter in Zurich 🇨🇭
✨ AI + Humans
If AI reinvents work — how do we ensure people are not left behind?
This is not just about technology.
It’s about people, opportunity, and the future of work.

«People are essential to brand success. But brands must also understand what matters to people in society.» – Arnaud Debia, Global Creative Director, Ipsos

A month after CHANGE Basel, we’re sharing the moments that sparked
real conversations about the future of work, impact, and humanity.

Arnaud opened the evening with a simple truth, that sustainability isn’t built on metrics or policies. It’s built on caring, understanding, seeing people, and not just as consumers, but as human beings with hopes, fears,
and values.

The next era isn’t about selling products, it’s about caring for people.
