Islamic Relief CH Working together for a better world since 1984 🌍 Elle est la première organisation humanitaire d’inspiration musulmane établie en Europe.

Islamic Relief est une Organisation non gouvernementale (ONG) de secours d’urgence et de développement durable qui vient en aide aux populations les plus pauvres. Islamic Relief a été fondée en 1984 à Birmingham (Grande-Bretagne) par deux étudiants en médecine de l’Université de Birmingham, suite aux famines qui ravageaient l’Afrique subsaharienne.

Islamic Relief wurde im Jahre 1984 in Birmingham (Grossbritannien) gegründet, wo sich auch der Hauptsitz befindet. Islamic Relief ist eine Nichtregierungsorganisation (NGO) für Katastrophen- und dauerhafte Entwicklungshilfe, die sich dafür einsetzt, die Not der Ärmsten dieser Welt zu lindern. Als erste muslimische Hilfsorganisation in Europa wurde Islamic Relief infolge der verheerenden Hungersnot im subsaharischen Afrika von zwei Medizinstudenten der Universität Birmingham ins Leben gerufen.

We ran, we pushed ourselves, we came together — all for a cause that matters. 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️💙

Once again this year, Team Blue took part in to support refugees and turn every step into meaningful action.

Thanks to the incredible commitment of our volunteers and supporters, nearly CHF 20,000 were raised to help people forced to flee their homes. 🙌🏼

Beyond the fundraising, this challenge was also an opportunity to raise awareness and stand in solidarity with displaced people and families around the world.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who ran, donated, and cheered us on. Together, we are making a difference. ✨
