What does 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 look like when we come together to learn, share, and support each other across borders?

We are proud to mark the 𝐄𝐧𝐝-𝐨𝐟-𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 of the OWIT Mentoring Program – June 2026 Worldwide Rise & Lead Edition. A journey of commitment, curiosity, and transformation shared by an incredible group of mentees and mentors.

Over the past months, participants have completed seven powerful workshops:

Sometimes, it’s not the big events but the unspoken tensions, taboos, and invisible dynamics that shape how we work and relate to one another.
OWIT Lake Geneva is delighted to invite you to our next Afterwork in Nyon:
Emotional Intelligence in Real Life – Taboos, Dynamics, We and Us
Together, we’ll explore:
* The taboos we don’t talk about at work and in our personal lives
* The subtle dynamics that appear in teams, friendships, and communities
* How we move from “you and me” to a more conscious, human “we and us”
This afterwork is designed as a safe, interactive space to reflect, share experiences, and connect with others around a topic that affects all of us – often more than we realise.

Our Lausanne Afterwork – IWD Month: When Women Come Together - Stories of Connection, Courage and Collaboration on 19 March 2026 at Sofia Cucina d’Amore is now fully booked – thank you for the incredible response.

This special evening will gather a small circle of professionals to share real stories of collaboration, mutual support and sisterhood - moments where women backing women made a tangible difference in careers, businesses and personal lives.
