#تونس: في تقريرٍ جديد، توثّق اللجنة الدولية للحقوقيين لجوء السلطات التونسية إلى إجراءات جنائية تعسفية ضد المحامي ، عقب إدانته علنًا لتدخل السلطة التنفيذية في القضاء خلال قضية "التآمر".
وتخلص اللجنة الدولية للحقوقيين إلى أن الإجراءات انتهكت حقوق أحمد صواب في حرية التعبير والحرية والمحاكمة العادلة، وعرقلت عمله كمحامي دفاع. ويجب على السلطات #التونسية وقف الهجمات على المحامين واستقلال القضاء.

: In a new legal briefing, the International Commission of Jurists documents the authorities' use of arbitrary criminal proceedings against lawyer Ahmed Souab after he publicly denounced executive interference in the judiciary during the “Conspiracy Case”.

The International Commission of Jurists finds that the proceedings violated Souab’s rights to freedom of expression, liberty and a fair trial, and obstructed his work as a defence lawyer. The hashtag authorities must end attacks on lawyers and judicial independence.

#ليبيا: بمناسبة ، نشرت اللجنة الدولية للحقوقيين ومنظمة رصد الجرائم في ليبيا تقريراً جديداً يكشف كيف يساهم الاتحاد الأوروبي والدول الأعضاء فيه في تغذية انتهاكات جسيمة لحقوق الإنسان بحق المهاجرين واللاجئين وطالبي اللجوء في #ليبيا.

يتعاون الاتحاد الأوروبي والدول الأعضاء فيه مع خفر السواحل الليبي ويموّلونه وهم على علم بأن الأشخاص الذين يتم اعتراضهم في البحر يُعادون بشكل منهجي إلى ليبيا، حيث يتعرضون للتعذيب والاحتجاز التعسفي والعنف الجنسي والإعادة القسرية.
