The world doesn't need more advertising.
It needs ideas that solve real problems, protect forests, defend human rights, improve health, and create meaningful change.
That's why the Luum Awards exists.

🌍 Submit your best purpose-driven work and be part of the movement.
All participants, regardless of size, can upload up to 4 entries free of registration fees, in a format in which only winners pay for the award rights. In addition to recognizing the world’s best purpose-driven creative talent, Luum has been working for 3 years to generate a positive impact on vulnerable communities around the world, through academic gatherings, conferences, and volunteer experiences in destinations such as Bangkok (Thailand), Cali (Colombia), the Sacred Valley (Peru) and the Amazon (Colombia). All these events have been organized in collaboration with Wakii.org, the entity financed by the festival that seeks to promote a different vision of advertising – envisioning communications as a tool capable of transforming realities.

Each year, the Luum Awards, the international festival that recognizes creative ideas capable of generating a positive impact, brings together agencies, brands, creatives and organizations from different countries for an experience that encompasses actions with a social and/or environmental impact, academic training, and recognition for purpose-driven creatives.

Costa Rica will be the host country for the 2026 Luum Awards.

Inspired by the Costa Rican philosophy of “Pura Vida,” Luum will bring together advertising agencies, brands, international juries, students and communication professionals in November, to demonstrate that creativity can transcend campaigns and become a real tool for social transformation.

As part of this edition, the festival will develop a volunteer program, open to the entire creative community, with the goal of getting creates from different countries to work together with local organizations supporting conservation efforts.
