Center for Peace and Reconciliation Studies will organize an international conference on Jammu and Kashmir, entitled "From a Peaceful Past to a Peaceful Future" in Geneva, Switzerland.

Center for Peace and Reconciliation Studies aims to establish a special reconciliation dialogue ground between India and Pakistan, by addressing the special status of Jammu and Kashmir under Chapter XI of the UN Charter, as well as the responsibility of the UN Security Council.

If I were to point out that the UN Security Council authorized the UN General Assembly to give a binding resolution including itself as well on one point of the - conflict and that this has been forgotten.

The UN General Assembly can forward a resolution that can be taken with a 2/3 majority vote to the UN Security Council and request for its implementation within the scope of Chapter VII of the UN Charter.

And it will not be possible for the US to veto the implementation of this UN General Assembly resolution.

My advice to you is to fire all your legal advisors and human rights experts. I understand that they are also responsible for the tragedy that happened in Sudan today because they misled you.

I believe that they are even lying to you for money today and giving you false hopes.

You have now turned yourself into a non-state armed group that should be designated as a terrorist organization by the entire international community for your brutal crimes that cannot be pardoned.

Today you can still be on table but this does not mean any thing other than humanitarian purposes.

If they had told you from the beginning that armed groups with militia status that have entered into an agreement with the state apparatus later if they enter into an armed conflict with the state due to the interpretation of this agreement, the state apparatus will never be classified as a non-state armed organization but will itself be classified as a non-state armed group, you would never have rebelled.

You lost the first day with your new legal definition.

Now, I do believe you need to fire your legal advisors and human rights experts to protect yourself, Sudan and innocent lives.

And to protect yourself from your legal advisors and human rights experts is the key point as of today. before everything is to get worsen.

I repeat one more time.

Iran icin tehdit taniminin degismis ve artik Hizbullah`in varlik sebebinin ortadan kalkmistir.

Iran ulus devlet modeline donerek laik yasalari surec icerisinde cikarmaya baslayacak aksi halde yeni tehdit tanimi ile devlet olarak ortadan kaldirilacagini biliyor.

Bu noktada Turkiye ile iliskisi Turkiye`nin Iran icin yeni tehdit tanimini nasil algiladigina bagli . Turkiye`nin Iran icin stratejik bir guvenceye donustugunun Iran fakinda lakin Turkiye bunu fark etmemis gozukuyor.

Yillar once Sri Lanka`da teror uzerine calistigim donemde bir Hindistanli diplomat, kendisini Sri Lanka diplomati olarak tanitmis ve bana Sri Lanka devleti adina para teklif etmisti.








Ret etmistim. Daha sonra bu kisinin aslinda Hindistan diplamati oldugunu sans eseri ogrenmistim.
Ilgili Hindistan devletinin resmi temsilciligine beraber cekilmis fotografimizi gondererek kendisini sikayet etmistim.

Sonra bir kac kez de, bana olum tehditleri veren Sri Lanka`da ki teror orgutu Tamil Kaplanlari`nin sorumlusu ile ck samimi olarak gormustum.

Bunlari neden mi yaziyorum diye sorarsaniz, bu kisi gecen hafta sagda solda yeniden gozukmeye basladi ve tahrik eder sekilde benim karsima gecip,kotu kotu bakmaya basladi.

Simdi sayin , sizden ricam bu kisinin benim ile derdi nedir, bir sorarmisiniz.

Ilgili temsilciliginiz arsivinde benim adim ile gelen email de bu kisinin fotografi bulunuyor ve sikayetim.

Sayin , devletiniz olarak bu kisinin bana karsi davranislarindan oturu de sanirim bana bir de ozur borclusunuz.

I do openly declare that:

There are no legal scholars in the world who know about the issue.

The armed conflicts taking place today on the former lands of the League of Nations stem from a legal error in a 1967 dated UN Security Council resolution.

And when Israel relates its legal argument to this error in that UN Security Council resolution, becomes legally right when Israel does not define itself as an occupying power or by saying that Israel has a right to self defence under Article 51 of the UN Charter.

Again I say, there are no legal scholars in the world who know about the Palestinian issue.
