Millions of young Africans are gaining digital skills, but skills alone don’t guarantee jobs, entrepreneurship, or economic growth.

The real challenge is connecting the systems around talent: education, industry, entrepreneurship, capital, and technology.

As AI reshapes the world of work, the question is no longer just “How do we teach more digital skills?”

It’s: “How do we turn talent into opportunity?”

Africa’s young population is one of its greatest strengths. With the right pathways, infrastructure, mentorship, and access to capital, that talent can help build the future.
