In 2024, the EiE Hub contributed to the OHCHR report on climate change and the right to education for girls, and highlighted EiE challenges at the 55th Human Rights Council. The EiE Hub also released Human Rights and EiE Fact Sheets, shaping global discussions on EiE & human rights.

In 2024, the EiE Hub led efforts on EiE & climate, from a dialogue with the Friends of EiE at UNESCO in Paris to submissions at the UNFCCC in Bonn. A Geneva policy event in November with Member States, UN and the World Bank highlighted solutions for the impacts of climate change on education in emergencies.
