TealCamp is a participant-driven unconference. TealCamp takes place in Thun on the 11th - 12th of November. We look forward to see you!

For learning about and exploring and experiencing new ways of working, organizing, collaborating and living in a Teal paradigm TealCamp is a participant-driven event for learning about and exploring and experiencing new ways of working, organizing and collaborating. TealCamp is a two day event designes to give you:

- A deeper look into new challenges and changing conditions facing our workworld

.
- A place to share methods on how to cope with and respond to the challenges of complexity and ambiguity at work.
- An opportunities to experience new ways of organizing work within 21st century organizations.
- An opportunity for you to learn about, practice and embody 21st century leadership.
- Engaging with a large network of other organisational and business change leaders in Switzerland. TealCamp uses openspace method and barcamp style, and therefore the event requires a highly participative and co-creative approach from all participants. Tjek out our homepage www.tealcamp.ch
