Yorkshire 3 Peaks Hiking Challenge on Saturday 11th July

This July, Team Henshaws will be taking on the iconic Yorkshire 3 Peaks Hiking Challenge and they would love others to join us for an unforgettable day of stunning landscapes, personal achievement and community spirit, all while raising vital funds for visually impaired and disabled people.

Registration is just £5 until 31st January, increasing to £10 afterwards, so early sign up is encouraged. Further details can be found at https://www.henshaws.org.uk/events/yorkshire-3-peaks-challenge/.

The fundraising team will be on hand every step of the way with training guidance, fundraising ideas and regular encouragement, while sharing the real difference each participant is making.

If just one person signs up and raises the £100 fundraising target, they could fund a one to one digital training session for a visually impaired person. These tailored sessions support people to use technology in ways that work for them and their personal goals, from accessing GP letters to navigating public transport. The training helps visually impaired people retain control, confidence and independence.
