HE Archbishop Mons Hilarion Capucci, 89, an international personality renouned for his tangible commitment towards the advancement of Human rights and Peace in the Middle East, particularly in Palestine, arrived in Malta on Wed. 3rd August, 2011, from Rome to personally sign the deeds to constitute a Foundation to be named after his name as President of The “Mons Hilarion Capucci” Foundation. At t

he moment the Palestinian situation is delicate, as President Abbas will go to the UN to request statehood in September. Malta has always been at the forefront of backing peace, and the co-existence of Palestine and Israel.
