The busy week grew quiet at last,

Leaving the noise, I followed the call
Of open skies and nature’s calm.

At Yankari Game Reserve, beneath skies so wide,
The beauty of creation stood by my side.
A gentle giraffe led me around with cheer,
As if to say, “Hello, dear friend—I’m glad you’re here!”

Among the trees, my spirit knew:
Nature restores and makes all things new.
