d out as critical issues that demand attention and action. Our primary mission revolves around empowering the youth of this region. We firmly believe that the youth hold the key to the future, and nurturing their potential is essential for the betterment of Batticaloa. We are committed to providing platforms and opportunities for young individuals to express themselves, discover their talents, and develop essential skills that will serve them well throughout their lives. Importantly, our commitment to equality knows no bounds; we extend our support to all, regardless of their background or circumstances. Gender equality is a fundamental principle that we ardently adhere to, and it is deeply ingrained in all aspects of our work.
