A Blessing Has Arrived and Been Distributed in Eastern D.R. Congo

The Peace & Conflict Resolution (PCR) Foundation is overjoyed to announce that we have received our first batch of Birthing Kits from Birthing Kit Foundation Australia (BKFA).
These kits are more than supplies — they are lifelines. They bring hope, safety, and dignity to mothers and babies in vulnerable communities across Eastern D.R. Congo.

We extend our deepest gratitude to BKFA for their incredible support, generosity, and belief in our mission. Your partnership strengthens our hands and helps us save lives.

THANK YOU FOR MAKING HOPE POSSIBLE 🙏🏽

On behalf of the Peace & Conflict Resolution (PCR) Foundation, we want to express our deepest gratitude for your incredible support and donations. Your generosity continues to bring hope and dignity to widows and vulnerable children in Eastern D.R. Congo.

Recently, we hosted a special community event called “Sharing Love & Joy.” This gathering brought together widows and children who have survived decades of conflict and violence. Your support made it possible for them to experience moments of happiness, encouragement, and love.

• New clothing & tailoring for 37 widows.
• New clothing for 200 vulnerable children.

This December, the Peace & Conflict Resolution (PCR) Foundation is preparing a Christmas event for 300 widows and 400 vulnerable children in Kalagane Village, South Kivu, D.R. Congo.

Many of these families have been displaced by conflict, have lost loved ones, or struggle daily to meet basic needs. Our annual gathering offers not only practical support, but also a moment of hope, dignity, and encouragement for those who face extraordinary hardship.

We are grateful for previous support from individuals, organisations, and partners such as Zonta Port Lincoln, who helped us secure birthing kits for mothers in need. We invite our community to stand with us once again.

Gratitude Across Continents

The Peace & Conflict Resolution Foundation (PCR) in D.R. Congo extends heartfelt thanks to Birthing Kits Australia Foundation for partnering with us once again. Your support, guidance, and the incredible work you do around the world are a true reflection of what it means to love our neighbour.

We’ve gratefully received the first 200 birthing kits and are preparing to distribute them to local hospitals, remote communities, and isolated areas—places where these kits will bring hope, safety, and dignity to countless mothers and babies.

The Peace & Conflict Resolution (PCR) Foundation is providing urgent aid to 30 disabled families displaced by M23 attacks in Goma & Bukavu, D.R. Congo. These families, previously in refugee camps, have sought shelter in a local church but desperately need food, water, and essentials to survive.
