We had the privilege of educating 210 girls about the menstrual cycle and distributing 840 reusable pads.
Menstruation is still a topic that is rarely discussed, yet it deeply affects the lives and confidence of many young girls. Because of silence, stigma, and misinformation, many girls grow up feeling confused or ashamed of something that is completely natural.
Through this initiative, we created a safe space to openly talk, learn, and empower these girls with knowledge, dignity, and practical support. By providing education and reusable pads, we are not only meeting a need — we are restoring confidence and giving girls the freedom to manage their periods with pride.
