Mission
Contribuer à la reconstruction des cœurs et vies brisées des victimes des conflits armés dans la région des Grands Lacs Africains en leur donnant l’espoir de devenir eux-mêmes, capables de travailler pour se prendre en charge loin des conflits armés et violences. OBJECTIFS :
- Redynamiser les activates des organisations de pays de grands lacs africains,
- Créer un lieu de collaboration entre les différentes Organisations,
- Chercher les fonds pour soutenir les activités des organisations de pays de grands lacs,
- Orienter le fond selon les objectifs de chaque organisation. Résultats attendus
- (1) 200 enfants orphelins qui ont eu l’accès à l’école ont amélioré leurs connaissances dans l’écriture/lecture et calcul ;
- (2) 30 séances de formations sur la paix ont eu dans les villages/zones et leurs bénéficiaires se sont impliqués dans la promotion des actions de paix ;
- (3) 180 des femmes/filles survivantes des violences sexuelles assistées se prennent en charge à partir de leurs activités génératrices de revenus. BREF SUR LES ORGANISATIONS DES PAYS DE GRANDS LACS
WOMEN FUTURE LIFE : Vise à contribuer à l’amélioration des conditions socio-économiques, culturelles et professionnelles des enfants, femmes, jeunes et familles survivants des crises humanitaires et/ou des conflits armés et catastrophes naturelles en République Démocratique du Congo dans la perspective d’un avenir meilleur. A comme mission de défendre et promouvoir les droits de la femme, des enfants et des jeunes en République Démocratique du Congo et de contribuer à leur bien-être. VOICE OF HOPE ASBL BUJUMBURA : Est une association sans But lucratif à caractère religieux qui œuvre au Burundi dans la capitale de Bujumbura. Travaille dans le cadre humanitaire pour le soutien des enfants orphelins, appui aux femmes veuves et vulnérables et pour la promotion de la jeunesse dans la diversité. SORAC : La Société religieuse des Amis au Congo a comme mission de Consolider la spiritualité et accompagner les processus du développement local. SORAC Prône sur la réunification des quakers congolais(e) et consolider l’amour du prochain, Organiser de festival pour la paix, Soutiens les personnes vulnérables et Accompagner les personnes en détresse. CENTRE DE FORMATION DES ENFANTS TRAUMATISÉS ET DÉLAISSÉ/MITWABA A LUBUMBASHI: Est une association sans But lucratif qui œuvre au Congo dans la province du Haut Katanga, territoire de MITWABA. Travaille dans le cadre humanitaire pour venir en aide aux enfants orphelins et plus démunie, et promouvoir la jeunesse en leurs assurant une éducation de base. Il Développe les activités génératrices comme les activités agricoles, afin de lutter contre l’insécurité alimentaire et de la pauvreté au profit des enfants, jeunes et des veuves. OPOD : L’Organisation de Paix pour les Opportunités du Développement « OPOD asbl », est une organisation apolitique et sans but lucratif créée en 1999 à Uvira, Sud Kivu, en République Démocratique du Congo « RDC ». OPOD asbl milite pour la Promotion de la Culture de Paix, de la Justice et du Développement intégral et durable des personnes humaines et de leurs environnements. AMMA4AFRCIA FOUNDATION : A4AF en sigle, est une association sans but lucratif créer conformément aux dispositions de la loi N°004/2001 du 20 juillet 2001 et enregistré sous N°/ F92/41.409 du Ministère de la Justice, Garde des sceaux et Droits Humains en République Démocratique du Congo. A4af intervient dans la république démocratique du Congo dans les domaines d’éducation, Protection, Santé, Urgence et Droits Humains. La Fondation CAAPD ASBL : a pour mission de promouvoir la Non-violence Active comme dynamique positive et profondément humaine pour vivre autrement les situations de violence, que ce soit au sein d'un simple conflit interpersonnel ou d'une situation plus globale d'injustice, Gérer les conflits et lutter contre les violences en milieu rural et urbain (paix et non-violence active) ;Porter les actions de développement et d’urgences humanitaires dans son rayon d’actions; Promouvoir les jeunes ;Lutter contre le changement climatique. La Fondation CAAPD organisera les activités/projets suivants:La paix, la réconciliation et non-violence, entrepreneuriat (création d’emploi) et promotion des talents des jeunes, Adduction d’eau (WASH), Aides aux veuves et aux orphelins, Accompagnement des femmes et des enfants en détresse, Santé et nutrition, Agriculture et élevage pour la sécurité alimentaire. Est une association confessionnelle et apolitique, à but non lucratif créée au Congo pour une durée indéterminée. Elle intervient dans les domaines suivant :

ACTION JEUNESSE POUR L’ENVIRONNEMENT ET LE DEVELOPPEMENT AJED: Se fixe d’impliquer la jeunesse dans les actions de protection de l’environnement, conservation de la nature et de développement en vue de les aider de répondre aux problèmes des générations présentes sans compromettre aux générations futures de répondre aux leurs. Intervient dans les domaines suivant : Formation professionnelle, entrepreneuriat et lutte contre la pauvreté, droits de l’Homme (enfant et femme), résolution pacifique des conflits et cohabitation pacifique, accès des communautés à l’énergie/électricité et aux ressources naturelles, lutte contre les violences sexuelles basées sur les genres et le VIH/SIDA, Promotion du genre et égalité entre les sexes, désarmement, démobilisation et réinsertion des jeunes et des enfants soldats dans des forces et groupes armés, environnement et la conservation de la nature, eau, hygiène et assainissement, autonomisation socio-économique et leadership de la femme. ASSOCIATION POUR UNE JEUNESSE AFRICAINE PROGRESSISTE DE MWARO
Objectif général :Œuvrer pour la création d’un cadre d’expression et de la valorisation de la contribution des jeunes au Burundi et dans toute l’Afrique et travailler en synergie avec la force vive afin de créer un cadre d’expression et de valorisation de la contribution des jeunes dans la résolution pacifique des conflits, la lutte contre le VIH/SIDA, aider les orphelins, les veuves et les autres vulnérables. Interviens dans la Santé, socioculturel, droits de l’homme, développement économique, éducation-formation environnement, communication, égalité des genres. About us
The African Great Lakes Region Consortium is a union of 12 associations (Congolese and Burundian) that work in solidarity to support the education of orphaned children, peace, refugees, and the improvement of the socio-economic conditions of women survivors of sexual violence. Mission
Contribute to the reconstruction of the broken hearts and lives of victims of armed conflicts in the African Great Lakes region by giving them hope to become themselves, able to work to take care of themselves away from armed conflict and violence. General objective: To work in solidarity to support the vulnerable of the African Great Lakes Region (Burundi and D. The Beneficiaries
- Orphaned children are identified for school assistance;
- Assisted orphaned children attend schools in their areas (villages, towns);
- Training on peace and positive conflict transformation is given to members of local communities;
- Exchange committees on the positive transformation of conflicts are set up by the members and operational in the local communities benefiting from the project;
- Training on trauma care for refugees and those helping refugees,
- Women/girls who are survivors of sexual violence are identified and trained according to their chosen paths of income-generating activities; so that they can take charge of their own life activity and income generation. Expected Results
- (1) Many of the orphaned children who had access to school improved their literacy/reading and numeracy skills;
- (2) Many of the peace training sessions have taken place in the villages/areas and their beneficiaries have been involved in promoting peace actions;
- (3) Many of the women/girls survivors of assisted sexual violence take care of themselves from their income-generating activities.

WOMEN FUTURE LIFE : Aims to contribute to the improvement of the socio-economic, cultural and professional conditions of children, women, young people and families surviving humanitarian crises and/or armed conflicts and natural disasters in the Democratic Republic of Congo seeking a better future. Its mission is to defend and promote the rights of women, children and young people in the Democratic Republic of Congo and to contribute to their wellbeing. FRIENDS WOMEN’S ASSOCIATION (FWA): Caring for HIV-positive people, Improving women's reproductive health, Supporting r**e victims and Helping survivors of sexual violence to heal and reintegrate into their communities socially and economically, struggling against sexual violence. VOICE OF HOPE ASBL BUJUMBURA : Is a non-profit association of a religious nature that works in Burundi in the capital of Bujumbura. Works in the humanitarian framework for the support of orphaned children, support for widowed and vulnerable women and for the promotion of youth in diversity. SORAC: The Religious Society of Friends in Congo has the mission to consolidate spirituality and accompany local development processes. SORAC advocates for reunification of Congolese Quakers, consolidates neighborly love, organizes a peace festival, supports vulnerable people, and accompanies people in distress (refugees, displaced, etc.) Support for orphaned children education
TRAINING CENTER FOR TRAUMATIZED AND NEGLECTED CHILDREN/MITWABA IN LUBUMBASHI: Is a non-profit association that works in Congo in the province of Haut Katanga, Mitwaba territory. Works in the humanitarian context to help orphaned and other deprived children, and to promote youth by providing them with basic education. AJED: YOUTH ACTION FOR THE ENVIRONMENT AND DEVELOPMENT aims to involve young people in environmental protection, nature conservation and development actions aimed at helping them respond to the problems of present generations without compromising future generations to respond to their own problems.
