Imagine having your biggest dream taken away simply because you are a girl.

OGEC was created because millions of Afghan girls have lost access to secondary and higher education. Afghanistan remains the only country in the world where girls are officially banned from attending secondary school and university, leaving an entire generation at risk of losing opportunities for education, employment, and personal growth.

The organization believes that education is a fundamental human right and that educating girls is one of the most powerful ways to strengthen families, communities, and nations. Through its programs, OGEC provides free online classes, mentorship, educational resources, psychosocial support, English courses, university preparation programs, and medical education opportunities for Afghan female students. We are honored that Dr. Najia Bakhshi proudly represented OGEC University at an international event in Europe attended by Afghan doctors and professionals. She raised awareness about the struggles faced by Afghan girls and the urgent importance of online education, giving a voice to those whose dreams still deserve to shine.

Taking time for yourself is not a waste of time — it is an important part of growth, healing, and success. Study hard, but also remember to take care of your physical health and mental health so you can stay focused, motivated, and achieve your goals with confidence. 🌸📚

Rest when you need to. Pray, read, journal, learn new skills, and give yourself kindness during difficult days. Every small step you take toward self-care is a step toward a brighter future.
