A heartfelt message from one of our OGEC student, sharing her feelings and expressing how much education means to her. 🥺🤍✨

For Afghan girls, education is more than learning—it is hope, strength, opportunity, and a path toward a brighter future. Every girl deserves the chance to learn, dream, and build the life she deserves. 🥺🤍🙏

Her voice reminds us why our mission matters. 🍃

Islam values knowledge, and education helps every girl grow with wisdom, confidence, and strong values. An educated girl can better understand her faith, support her family, serve society, and help build a brighter future for generations to come. 🩷🍃

Education cannot be stopped, and hope cannot be silenced. 🎓💙
Despite extraordinary barriers, Afghan girls and women continue to pursue their education and dream of a better future. Through the Ottawa Kabul Global Education Centre (OGEC) and Kabul Online Medical University in Exile (KOMU-E), students are continuing their education online—refusing to let circumstances define their future.

But online education requires more than determination. Students need reliable internet, computers or mobile devices, and access to electricity to attend classes, complete assignments, and participate in examinations.

Your support—no matter the amount—can help connect a student to her classroom and keep her dream alive.

Together, we can help ensure that no Afghan girl is forced to give up her education simply because she lacks the resources to continue.
