Meet Terry Fox 🐾
At just 13 weeks old, Terry Fox has already faced more challenges than most cats will in a lifetime.
This sweet little kitten has suffered a severe fracture to his right hind femur. After consultation with our veterinary team, the most humane option is amputation surgery, which is scheduled for tomorrow morning.
For many animals in this situation, euthanasia becomes the outcome. At Rebel Cat Rescue, we believe euthanasia should be a last resort when a good quality of life is still possible. Terry has so much life ahead of him, and we are committed to giving him that chance.
The cost of his surgery and ongoing care is expected to exceed $1,500, creating a significant financial burden for our rescue. However, we simply could not turn our backs on this little fighter.
Three-legged cats adapt remarkably well and go on to live happy, active, and loving lives. Terry deserves that opportunity.
