Sport registration season is here, and KidSport NWT is here to help make sure cost doesn’t keep kids on the sidelines.

Through our Individual Grant Program, eligible children and youth can receive up to $700 per calendar year to help cover sport registration fees and required equipment.

Available to families across the NWT

A huge THANK YOU to all of the incredible sponsors who supported the 5th Annual Roger Walker Memorial Golf Tournament!

Together, we raised over $20,000 for KidSport NWT, helping remove financial barriers and giving more children across the Northwest Territories the opportunity to participate in organized sport.

🎿 Gear Up Your Community!

Applications are open for KidSport NWT’s Community Equipment Grant – Fall Cycle!

Eligible community and sport organizations, schools, and local sport clubs can apply for $500–$2,000 to help offset the cost of sport equipment. Funding may support new programs or the expansion of existing programs that create sustainable, quality opportunities for children and youth to participate in sport.

📅 Application deadline: September 15 at midnight

There is only one week left to register your team for the Roger Walker Memorial Golf Tournament. Join us Friday, July 10 at the Yellowknife Golf Course for a great day of golf while helping KidSport NWT remove financial barriers so more kids can play.
