“Embrace Your Story” the first Northern Guardian Leadership Retreat took place this July in Yellowknife, NT. Northern Guardians came from N. BC, Yukon and NWT to develop their leadership skills by focusing on the role of storytelling within their work. The story of Indigenous people’s sacred responsibility and connection to the land, water and animals.
We are happy with the success of this pilot program and look forward to announcing our next one. Stay tuned!
