We are a small group located in Yarmouth, NS that raises money to help homeless cats and kittens. 100% of money raised and donated go to vet bills, feeder stations and shelters. We started 3 years ago when some kittens were born near our house and we didn't realize they were there until we see them outside eating bread crumbs we had out for the birds. There were a few that were so wild we didn't t
hink would ever become friendly but now they are inside cats very happy and extremely lovable. Since those babies in my yard we have been rescuing cats. Some were too wild to tame, they are older cats so we get them fixed and released them in an area where they are fed and sheltered. We have been doing it mostly on our own but it is a project that will never end so any help would be appreciated. I hope that we can get this group up and going and help others as well. One of the fundraisers I have started is selling Regal and Avon. All profits go for the cats.
