Now that the ball season has come to an end, we're starting our planning for next year's car show. Please reach out if you would like to help out.
🚗 WE'RE LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS! 🚗
Planning is officially underway for the 2nd Annual Yarker Car Show, and we're looking for some enthusiastic people to join our organizing team!
Our inaugural show in 2026 was a huge success, with 151 vehicles participating and $4,778.55 raised for Yarker Minor Softball! 🎉
We're excited to make our second year even bigger and better, but we need a few more helping hands to make it happen!
We're looking for volunteers who would be interested in helping with:
🏁 Event Planning & Organizing – Helping coordinate the details leading up to the big day.
🤝 Sponsorships – Reaching out to local businesses to secure sponsors for the event and individual vehicle award categories.
🎁 Donations & Door Prizes – Connecting with businesses to collect prizes, raffle donations and other contributions.
📣 Promotion & Event Support – Helping spread the word, coordinate activities and prepare for another successful show.
You don't need to be a car enthusiast or have experience organizing events! Just a willingness to help, some enthusiasm and a little time to contribute.
We're looking for people who can help with the planning over the coming months, not just volunteer on the day of the show. Whether you can take on a specific task or help out here and there, we'd love to hear from you.
