Somatics include slow, intentional, and mindful physical movements designed to increase internal body awareness, release chronic muscle tension, and calm the nervous system.
Guided Meditation: Accessible to all levels of experience. Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket if you are able. Some props {including yoga mats and blankets) are available.
