The aim for Heart To Heart is to raise funds towards building a shelter for women and a facility for children affected by addiction on the grounds of The Vitanova Foundation. Vitanova is a registered charity located in Woodbridge that has, for thirty years, been providing a range of addiction-related services to individuals, families and the community at large - all at no charge. The mission of Vi

tanova is "...helping put lives back together again", and over the years, Vitanova has helped 16,000 individuals - restoring their potential to be valued members of the community. Founded by Dr. Franca Damiani Carella, Vitanova offers a full day-program that includes treatment and rehabilitation for substance abuse and gambling addiction, along with such things as anger management and hands-on life skills training. The aim for Heart To Heart is to develop a woman's shelter at Vitanova, to ensure that they (and their children) have a safe place in which to reclaim their lives.
