Woodbridge Soccer Club The Woodbridge Soccer Club, established in 1976, is a non-profit organization of long standing in the
community of Woodbridge.

The foundation of the Woodbridge Soccer Club began with two gentlemen's love and passion for soccer. In 1972, Sam Rietta and Frank Polsinelli formed the East Woodbridge Soccer Club and West Woodbridge Soccer Club, respectively, to serve the Woodbridge Community. In 1976, these two men combined their dream and passion for the game of soccer to bring forth the Woodbridge Soccer Club as it stands today. Beginning with just 14 members, the Woodbridge Soccer Club operated out of the Woodbridge Arena and played out of Rainbow Creek. Our mission is to provide an opportunity for any person in the City of Vaughan to play soccer in an encouraging and rewarding environment that emphasizes fun, teamwork and skill development at a level that fits his/her abilities. Woodbridge Soccer Club is also dedicated to offering high standard training for those individuals that wish to reach their full potential. Values:

Fun - we believe in soccer being fun! Inclusiveness - we believe soccer should welcome all who wish to participate

Excellence - we strive for and support the greatest level of achievement for all members

Fair Play - we believe in fairness on and off the field of play

Once a Woodbridge player, always part of the Woodbridge family! 💙

Over the past two nights at our annual banquet, we had the pleasure of sharing special messages from two former Woodbridge SC players who are now pursuing their professional soccer careers: Ella Ottey of AS Roma 🇮🇹 and Anthony Aromatario of Forge FC 🇨🇦!

From wearing the Woodbridge jersey to playing on the professional stage, their journeys are a true inspiration to our young athletes and a reminder that hard work, dedication, and passion can turn dreams into reality.

Take a listen to their special messages for our players, members, and families, and to everyone who continues to chase their dreams in the world of soccer.

Keep dreaming, keep working, and never forget where your journey began! 💙⚽️
