🐾 Adopt me – Ferb! 🐾

This handsome little man is about 11 weeks old and weighs around 15 lbs!

Ferb can be a little shy and timid when meeting new friends, but once he warms up and realizes there’s a potential play buddy around, he’s all in! He’s been sweet with his foster dogs and has been great with the kids, too.

At bedtime, Ferb might fuss a little when he first goes into his crate, but he settles down. He’s still a young pup, so he’s working on his house training and will need a little patience and consistency as he learns.

If you’re looking for a sweet puppy to grow with your family, Ferb might just be your guy! 🐶💙

🐾 Sadie Update 🐾

Sadie had a good night! ❤️ She’s eating and drinking well, pooping on her own (with no diarrhea!), and even walking a little bit.

Her hind end is healing, and she’s taking things slow but making progress! She enjoyed a meat, rice and veggie breakfast this morning, and while she loves her cookies, she’s figured out how to eat the cheese and spit out her pills. 😂

She was ready to come out of her space this morning, so she got a little break from her cone for a short while.

We’re keeping a close eye on everything and taking it one step at a time, but so far, Sadie is doing well! 💗🐶

🐾 Adopt Me – Buck 🐾

At approximately 1 year old and 70–80 lbs, this big sweetheart truly believes he’s a 20 lb lap dog. Whether it’s couch snuggles or a good game of fetch, Buck is ready to be by your side!

Buck has an incredible temperament and so much love to give. He’s a big boy with an even bigger heart, and we can’t wait for him to find a family to share all those cuddles with. 💙

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out to our kennel clean yesterday! 🐾

We got through close to 200 kennels, filled kitty litter bins, and tidied up linens — and we couldn’t have done it without all your help!

Thank you for showing up, rolling up your sleeves and helping us wrap up our kennel cleans for the season. We appreciate every single one of you!

UPDATE:

Sadie had surgery yesterday to remove her tail and repair her rear area. She is going home to recover today at our Foster Jackie’s home. She needs to gain muscle and will hopefully have no nerve damage. She’s on 4 meds and will be taking it easy while her body heals. We are hoping her leg will get better as well. We will reassess in a week!

This one breaks our hearts.

She was hit by a car and attacked. Her back end is necrotic and smells like death. She’s limping and can’t weight bear on her back leg, and she’s 20 pounds underweight.

Poor girl had given up but she’s here now and safe.

She will be getting surgery today. She’s at River Park Vet and we will post updates as we get them.

Thank you to Matthew for saving her and bringing her to us. He named her Sadie.
