Naomi House A ministry of City Church, Naomi House seeks to walk with refugees as they rebuild their lives in Canada, through Christ-centered love and action.

Naomi House is a Ministry of City Church. As of December of 2015 the building is undergoing renovations, with a the desire to open in the spring of 2016. Naomi House will be a seven bedroom transitional home for newly arriving refugees and refugee claimants (asylum seekers) in Winnipeg. Also housed in the facility will be City Connexions (CCx) and the offices of City Church. CCx is a ministry that

helps new comers to Winnipeg transition into life in Canada. In the past CCx has helped hundreds of newcomers, who have basic English skills, find employment. CCx has also helped with homework clubs, seminars and EAL (English as and Additional Language) programs.

🍂THANK YOU to all of those who joined us on September 20th, 2025 for our first-ever EXPLORE THE REFUGEE HIGHWAY event!

By God's grace it was a rainy success! 🌧️ Full of learning, fun, conversation, and donuts- we loved saying hello to each of you who came out to Kildonan Park!😄

👏🏼A GREAT BIG THANK YOU to all of our persevering volunteers: whether you were at a table- reading the stories and helping attendees make decisions; set-up/take-down, gave out food, or displayed facts/items from your beautiful country in the pavilion!🌍
