Serena MB will be hosting another Perimenopause class in Manitou on June 20th!

Are you wanting to learn more about perimenopause, and how to track your cycles during this changing season? This class is suited for women of all ages, whether they have, or haven’t yet, reached this phase of their fertile life. Come learn with other women about this beautiful “new spring”, and share with others during the panel and Q&A session at the end of the class.
