Free language classes in nêhiyawêwin! Local two-spirit Nehiyaw and Red River Metis Knowledge Keeper Britt Ross is offering this opportunity. While the sessions are free, unfortunately there is a limit on participants so register early! Classes start October 1st, with 5 sessions, so every Thursday for the month of October. Each session will be an hour long. There will also be printable materials available to support practicing at home.

If you are having some level of anxiety feel free to attend this workshop to learn and helpful coping techniques to manage anxiety (could be connected to school or just in general).
