✔ Ideal candidates:
- Have completed all SCC SCMP modules and interactive workshops (leaving only Leadership Residency & Final Exam), or hold Level 4 PMAC CPP.
Bring 5 years of purchasing/buyer experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Have proven experience administering complete competitive bid processes from scope development to supplier selection and contract ex*****on.
Retain a strong understanding of Canadian competitive bidding law, public trade agreements, and contract law.
- Have experience with e-procurement platforms (SAP Ariba preferred) and public sector procurement.
- Hold post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or Business Administration (an asset; equivalent combinations of education/experience considered).
