Did you know? ADAM started from a Newspaper Ad and grew into a Province-Wide Movement...

Forty years ago, a small ad in a Winnipeg newspaper quietly set in motion a movement to help Manitobans manage panic and anxiety... The ad wasn’t written by a doctor, a clinic, or a mental health professional.... it was written by a university student named Tracy Fehr, who was exhausted, ashamed, and searching for a way to live with overwhelming anxiety.

She didn’t know it then, but that ad would help thousands... and lead to the formation of the Anxiety Disorders Association as we know it today... 40 years and thousands of Manitobans helped along the way...

More to come.

There’s Magic in a Shared Goal ⚽️

There is something deeply grounding about being part of a massive, collective energy. When you are surrounded by fellow fans cheering on Team Canada, the heavy weight of individual anxiety often gets quieted by a powerful, shared frequency.

We are all in this together. Let’s bring that energy, support each other, and shout it loud!
