VISION - Jewish Child and Family Service strives to be the place in the community, where all voices are heard and needs are realized. JCFS is a social service agency in Winnipeg, MB, which offers a wide range of specialized services including individual (adult and child), marriage and family counselling; support services to older adults; community mental health, provincially mandated child welfare

services including adoption services, newcomer settlement and integration and employment supports, chaplaincy, information and referral, emergency financial aid and a volunteer support program. Services are delivered in keeping with Jewish values to support and enhance the lives of its clients who are, but not exclusively, members of Winnipeg’s Jewish Community.
