We do this by working together in the vision of our teachings, values and ceremonies. Four Sacred Hearts �Four Sacred Hearts is a grassroots Indigenous-lead organization dedicated to healing from addictions, second and third inter-generational trauma and the impact of the residential school system. Four Sacred Hearts honours Restorative Justice with the realization that we as people make mistakes,

learn from those mistakes and move forward in a good way together toward reconciliation. As an organization, Four Sacred Hearts works to break cycles by re-connecting Indigenous people with culture, ceremonies and building stronger relationships between community through compassion, learning from others, and offering the gift of drumming (the heartbeat of Mother Earth) as healing medicine. Four Sacred Hearts is committed to de-colonizing Indigenous People with an important connection to mentorship with youth, meeting others where they’re at, nurturing a better quality of life. We would like to leave behind a strong foundation for all of the youth that are yet to come and the ones who are still struggling with everyday challenges. �
The intentions of the 4 Sacred Hearts Group is to provide words of wisdom and healing to the youth in areas we visit. We want to be able to connect to the youth by leading with example on how life can quickly change in different ways. We want the youth to see that ceremonial life, and the healing is rewarding and allows us to give back to communities and our relatives. This also allows us to show our past and hopefully provide the youth with insight on which roads to go down, or keep away from. Through our words we believe that we can help the youth determine a sense of purpose and understanding to who their spirits can become. The importance of leading in a good way to help our communities tear down the walls of negative stigma and barriers. Understanding Addiction prevention - intergenerational trauma - gang exiting prevention - Pipe Teaching ceremony - Drum Learning and Song teachings - Sweat Lodge Ceremony - many more.
�Four Sacred Hearts will be sharing stories of wisdom, healing, understanding, and providing education on how ex-gang members and people who have walked a dangerous path most of their lives can change and help others with experiences.
