Co-Founders Kristan Jones, Jen Hiebert, and Kimberley Kiemeney have witnessed the heartbreak of families left behind by a system that puts price before people. In a province where too many go without support, they chose action over silence.

Their mission is bold: to break down financial barriers and ensure every Manitoban, regardless of age, ability, or income can access the compassionate, quality homecare they deserve. CFE was born from lived pain, transformed into a movement for hope, dignity, and real change.
