Salvation Army LEEP LEEP (Life Employability Enhancement Program) is a unique 20 week pre-employment training program fo

LEEP participants spend 10 weeks in a classroom environment learning about Workplace Expectations, Canadian Culture, Communication, Conflict Resolution, Computer, First Aid/ CPR, WHIMIS, Food Handlers Certificate and many more. As classes only have 8 participants, each individual gets the personalized support they need. In the final 10 weeks, participants spend 30 hours per week in a work experience placement that matches their skill level, experiance and employment goals.
