This week the RRBC had our June board tour and meeting in and around Winkler, MB. We had an eventful day visiting Kroeker Farms, Bunge, Pembina Valley Water Co-op's Letellier water treatment plant, and Dead Horse Cider Co. It was a great time getting everyone together, experiencing some of what the area has to offer, and connecting at the board meeting — thank you to all who came out!

Earlier this week, the RRBC's Executive Director Ted Preister, on behalf of the Trusted Advisor Partnership, was honored to join a conversation with Richard Fordyce, USDA Under Secretary for Farm Production and Conservation, ND Governor Kelly Armstrong, ND Game and Fish Director Jeb Williams, ND Deputy Commissioner of Agriculture Tom Bodine, and Senator Hoeven to discuss the importance of partnerships and flexibility in conservation programs.

We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to these important discussions alongside so many dedicated partners working to advance conservation and support producers within the Red River Basin.
