🌈 Today we celebrated Rainbow Casual Day in honour of Pride Month! 🌈

Our school community came together today to celebrate Rainbow Casual Day and recognize Pride Month with an afternoon of creativity, connection, and fun.

Students proudly wore rainbow colours and gathered outside during lunch to take part in activities organized by the Senior School Rainbow Club. The front loop was transformed into a colourful display of chalk art as students created rainbows, Pride flags, positive messages, and symbols celebrating diversity and inclusion.

Additionally, a big thank you to everyone who came to BH on a Sunday to give the rainbow sidewalk a refresh! Current students and staff were joined by the Fowler-Woods family and Ayla `25 to make the rainbow sidewalk once again bright and vibrant!

What a special way to kick off graduation season! 🎓✨

Today, the BH community came together for the Doll Assembly celebrating our incredible Class of 2026!

One of our most cherished traditions, today's Doll Assembly filled the Richardson Athletic Centre with excitement, laughter, and many happy tears as families, alum, students, and staff gathered to honour our graduating class.

A highlight of every Doll Assembly is of course the presentation of the handmade dolls, thoughtfully created by Grade 11 students and gifted to each Grade 12 student as a symbol of friendship, support, and community.

This beloved tradition reminds us of the connections that make BH so special and the bright future that awaits our graduates.

Congratulations, Class of 2026! We are so proud of you and can't wait to see where your next adventure takes you. 🌟

Congratulations to Solly, Maevis B, Izzy, Sauwini, Avelyn, Adriana, and Hazel H for their participation in the Red River Heritage Fair at the University of Winnipeg.

Throughout February and March, Grade 6 students researched, interviewed experts, created slideshows and artifacts, and then presented to judges and peers for the chance to attend the regional fair. On the day of the Red River Heritage Fair, students got to present their project to judges and participate in breakout activities to learn more about Canada’s history.

A special shoutout to Solly and Maevis who were recognized with special awards. Solly won the Sustainable Development Award for her topic on Lake Winnipeg and Maevis won the Heritage Winnipeg Award for her project on the Grey Nuns. Solly and Maevis also got invited to the House of Governors by Lieutenant Governor Anita R. Neville to celebrate these awards.

Well done and congratulations to our hardworking grade 6 students!
