Thanks to everyone that attended our 2 hour Sales Professional Course this afternoon!

We know that the keys to being a successful salesperson is understanding the customer, having great product knowledge, and being a savvy communicator.

What we learned: the various approaches to selling, understanding how connected our customers are, and overcoming obstacles while building trust.

The final two presentations were so engaging! One presentation was built by participants and the other was supported by AI. People power won!!!

Many thanks to everyone that attended our Helping Hands session this morning focusing on building a successful resume and developing interview skills for success. This session was complimentary as a 2026 CSW event!

We tried out our new interview assessment skill tool where candidates have the opportunity to record video interviews - lots of fun and time to practice as we all lead up to some exciting and REAL interviews.
