The history behind the Global Development Project:
In Feb 2021 an environmental consultant from Brazil called and asked us to ‘develop a Project Charter to develop the world‘.

We drafted the Project Charter of United Nations Global Development, for the World, United Nations and sent porftolios to to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II of United Kingdom and Commonwealth Realms, to President Bolsonaro of Brazil and Prime Minister Trudeau of Canada, and our Trade Commissioners, industry and regional Ministers, Premiers and Mayors.

We have broadcast and shared the plan and details from June 2021 to June 30, 2026 to our communities, regions and across our network to 15 countries+ we broadcast the protocols and objectives of the United Nations Climate Change Plan that continues the global warming reduction objectives established in the Paris Agreement of 2016.

We provide in link below via webinar that explains the roadmap to a blue world, how we can achieve happiness and quality of life for people while we develop the planet and the webinar provides information on how aviation is adjusting to effect climate through integrations of alternative propulsion methods.

Volunteer teams are overextended, and your funds provide financial support to keep the team responding to daily calls, coordinating humane capture, and facilitating veterinary services.​

Across Manitoba, thousands of cats live without access to food, shelter, or medical care. Without spay and neuter services, populations grow rapidly leading to suffering, disease, and overwhelmed rescue networks.​

Fixing Feral Felines, a Manitoba not-for-profit, already processes over 500 cat calls a year coordinating spay and neuter services for free-roaming and colony cats across rural and urban communities. The team provides community education in trapping, transport and coordinates cat to care.

Back in February we attended the Manitoba Aviation Council annual Aviation Conference, we forgot to publish pics so here we are, Todd & Lori Payne, board member, and CEO/CFO. We presented to the aviation community to introduce Project Blue World. We built PBW to bring experts & software, solutions to support the aviation & aerospace communities originally, we expanded to have experts from all sectors & are now reaching 15 countries with representatives & projects in work.

We are a consulting agency, designed as a social enterprise, so we are a not for profit, public foundation & proceeds from sales from commercial work & registrations in our online supplier database the Grid, go to support projects for charitable initiatives is our business model. We are located in the technology & aerospace hub Winnipeg, purposely designed to give back to the communities.
