Parenting is one of the most important influences on the development of a child. Children can thrive when they are loved, connected, have structure, and guided. The role of a parent can be rewarding as well as challenging, and every parent requires support from time to time.

Psychologists can assist parents with parenting strategies, child behaviour, emotional concerns, and parent stress. No parent can be perfect. Instead, parents must continuously learn and grow along with their children in order to be effective.
