Central Winnipeg Community Impact Incorporated in 1972, the Central Winnipeg Community Impact, fondly known as the Freighthouse, is a community center situated on Isabel and Ross.

Sitting in the heart of Central Winnipeg, the community center known to its local residents as the Freighthouse has been a fixture in the lives of many families. Offering a variety of programs ranging from hockey and taekwondo to children-oriented outings, Door 3 of the Central Community Center strives to create a safe and fun environment for community children ages 6 to 12.
