The week flew by. Thousands of kids of all ages watched films from Canada and around the world, participated in hands-on workshops, the Media Zone, Youth Jury and the Youth Video Contest.

At the closing ceremonies today, the Youth Jury presented the Youth Jury Award to Labyrinthus!

The Audience Award went to Hola Frida! ✨ 💐 Congratulations to all the winners!

La semaine a passé à toute vitesse. Des milliers d'enfants de tous âges ont regardé des films canadiens et internationaux, ont participé à des ateliers pratiques, à la Zone des médias, au Jury des jeunes et au Concours vidéo-jeunesse.

Lors de la cérémonie de clôture qui s'est tenue aujourd'hui, le jury des jeunes a décerné le prix du jury des jeunes à Labyrinthus !

Le prix du public a été attribué à Hola Frida ! ✨ 💐

We have been so lucky to have a great group of amazing Freeze Frame volunteers. Thank you for helping us usher, count votes, and facilitate the stations in the Media Zone. A big thanks to Ellen who prepared delicious lunches for the volunteers each day.

Thanks to Safeway at Marion & Braemar in Winnipeg for their generous donation of food for the volunteers for the entire week!

Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un groupe formidable de bénévoles Freeze Frame. L'École St-Agathe est venue hier à notre 30e Festival international de films pour enfants de tous âges Freeze Frame pour voir deux séances de films canadiens en français : le nouveau film québécois Ma Belle-mère est une sorcière et les Courts métrages de Co Hoedeman, réalisés par le célèbre animateur.

Avant le film, ils ont dîné et se sont amusés dans la Zone des Médias, où ils ont pu expérimenter avec l'écran vert, l'animation Stop Motion et la technologie VR.
