ANNOUNCEMENT: AMC YOUTH COUNCIL LOGO CONTEST WINNERS

We’re excited to share the results of the Manitoba First Nations Youth Council Logo Contest!

1st Place: Chloe Courchene — for her powerful design representing unity, balance, and connection to the land, the people, and the teachings that guide us.

2nd Place: Cadence Weenusk — whose vibrant design captures the rising strength and collective spirit of First Nations youth.

3rd Place: Lana Starr — highlighting empowerment and encouragement through bold and uplifting imagery.

We also want to recognize Raquel Bjork and Taquesha Simpson for their meaningful submissions that celebrated community and diversity.

Julie has been appointed to the National Youth Council with AFN and was also elected as an Executive Member during an election within the National Youth Council

Her leadership and dedication to Indigenous youth is truly inspiring. We’re excited to see the impact she’ll make in this new role! Keep doing what you’re doing and keep doing the amazing work that you do now but for the rest of your life as well! 🎉
