Going Pro, GT, Euro & Grassroots Racing showcases the people, cars, and stories that make motorsport special — from grassroots competitors and vintage racers to professional racing on the international stage.

The shows air on REV TV and stream on Motorvision.TV, bringing the excitement of racing to audiences around the world. Going Pro will also feature coverage of the legendary Nürburgring 24 Hours (N24), connecting North American racing fans with one of the most iconic endurance races in the world.

We’re proud to support the Winnipeg Sports Car Club Vintage Event in August 2026 and celebrate the passion, history, and future of motorsport right here at home.

We are expecting a packed pit for this weekend's race event!
All HPDE & Open Lappers that are coming out just for the Friday Track Day please park in the area in front or beside our registration / check-in building (Amsoil Training Center) so race trailers arriving have access to the main pit area.

Join us next weekend at the Gimli Motorsports Park for a full weekend of road racing action.

Friday - HPDE (rookie school), Open Lapping, Track Day and Test'n'Tune

Saturday - Vintage Car Show. Come check out the coolest sports cars around compliments of the British Car Club of Manitoba and the Austin Healey Club of Manitoba

Saturday & Sunday - on track racing with the Open Wheel Formula class, Sedan Class and Vintage Class of race cars along with 2 separate Time Attack race groups.

Saturday Night Race Award Dinner Banquet - only limited tickets left so reserve now or miss out.

Saturday & Sunday Drift - check out the drift action on the skid pad area next to the racing action. Entrance to the drift area is also at the main gate.

WSCC member, Myles Kraut, brought his faster Wolf racing car to Gimli Motorsport Park this past weekend with the goal of beating the 1976 track record. Myles smashed Gilles Villeneuve's qualifying time of 53.298s with a 51.897. Congratulations! Less than 2 weeks till the next Track Day at Gimli Motorsports Park!
Full day of open lapping and track time on Friday prior to the road race weekend.
First timers welcome - WSCC day membership and helmet rentals available. First timers receive complimentary High Performance Driving session from 10am to 11:00am prior to hitting the track.
Track goes hot @ 11am
Road Race Test'n'Tune @ 5pm

WSCC held the first race weekend. We had a couple of track weapons show up and one managed a 53.516 second lap time. You need to go back to Gilles Villeneuve and Bill Brack in 1976 to find better lap times https://www.oldracingcars.com/atlantic/results/canada/1976/gimli/

If you have a Time Attack or Road Race License consider registering for our next event June 26-28.

Perhaps you are into Drifting, WSCC simultaneously holds drift events at the same venue.

For anyone else, Friday, June 26th is an open lapping day. Bring your car and helmet out. No prior experience required. We rent helmets if you don't have one.

Big shout out and congratulations to local WSCC member, road race and ice race driver Damon Surzyshyn for competing in and finishing this weekend's 24hr race in Nurburgring.
The 24h Nurburgring Nordschleife track, also known as the "Green Hell" is 25km long with 171 corners and is one of motorsports greatest annual events. This year the ADAC Ravenol 24H Nurburging attracted a record 352,000 fans to the track with 161 cars taking to the circuit to race through all types of weather for 24 hours straight. Just finishing is an incredible acomplishment!
Damon drove a Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 car for the Sorg Rennsport team in the Cup3 Class finishing in 56th place overall and 10th in their class - remember there were over 160 cars on the grid including drivers like Max Verstappen!
